General Rules

  1. Speed Limit is 5 mph in the campground area (Strictly enforced).  Please obey all traffic signs posted.

  2. All visitors to your site must register and pay the visitors fee BEFORE entering the campground.  Failure to do so will result in double fee.

  3. No cutting or damaging trees or shrubs.

  4. Pets are allowed on a 6-foot max leash.  Pets may not be left outside unattended.  Pets must be kept quiet at all times.  Pet waste must be disposed of properly.  We do not have a restriction on breeds, but will ask the pet to be removed immediately upon any sign of aggression.

  5. Fires are permitted in fire rings only.  Fire rings cannot be moved.  Fires cannot exceed 2 feet in height.  Fires must never be left unattended.  Burning of garbage, bottles or cans is not permitted.

  6. You are responsible for the conduct of anyone registered to your site (to include children and visitors).  Any acts of vandalism or destruction will result in eviction without a refund.

  7. No smoking is allowed in any building, pool area or playground.  Please dispose of cigarette butts in appropriate bins.

  8. Consumption of alcoholic beverages must be done responsibly.  Containers must be covered appropriately when off your site.  No one under the age of 21 may have alcoholic beverages in their possession.

  9. Use of our facilities is at your own risk.  We assume no responsibility for loss by fire, theft or accident.

  10. Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am (Strictly enforced).

  11. No bicycling after dusk.  Bicycles must follow the 5 mph speed limit.  State law mandates that children ages 16 and under must wear a helmet.

  12. Children 16 and under must be on your site by 11:00 pm unless accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older.

  13. Anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed in the Adult Rec Hall unless there is a scheduled family activity.

  14. Playground hours are 8:00 am till dusk.  No one is allowed in the playgrounds after dusk. No children 12 and over are allowed in the playground.

  15. ATVs, Mopeds, Segways and Motorized Scooters are not allowed on the property at any time.

  16. Firearms, air guns, power saws and fireworks are not permitted.

  17. No lifeguard is on duty at the pools, please swim at your own risk.  No child under the age of 14 can't swim unless they are accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older.  Please see our complete set of pool rules posted at the pools.

  18. Trailers are allowed a single tent on the site in addition to the camping unit.  Tent sites are allowed a max of 2 tents per site.

  19. Please dispose of all trash and recyclables in dumpsters located at the entrance.

  20. Please do not use or park on empty sites.

  21. Any site left unoccupied without a camping unit for more than 24 hours will be considered abandon unless approved in advance by management.

  22. The campground reserves the right to refuse park entry or evict any camper for any reason at the campgrounds sole discretion.

  23. Sites must be kept clean and neat always.  Clothes lines are to be used for bathing suites and wet towels only.  All laundry must be done in the laundry room or at home.

  24. All children 6 and under are to be accompanied by a parent when taking a shower or using the restroom.

  25. No smoking, food or drinks are allowed in the showers or restrooms.

  26. Profanity will not be allowed anywhere in the campground.

  27. The dumpsters are for bagged household trash only.  Please use the recycling bins next to the dumpster for recyclables.   Non-household trash or larger can be dropped off at the New Boston Transfer Station (Please see the office for a pass).

  28. Only registered vehicles are allowed on the campground, and only licensed drivers can be driving.

  29. There will be no permanent structures erected on any sites (to include decks and storage sheds) without first obtaining a building permit from the office.

  30. One way signs will be strictly enforced.

  31. There will be no parking of vehicles in front of or on the sides of the Adult Rec Hall.

  32. All sites must have water tee’s put on their water connection and a hose long enough to reach their fire rings.  Sites without this will not be allowed to have a fire.

  33. Seasonal campers who are behind on rent will not be allowed on the campground except to check on their trailer (and who have stopped at the office first).  Seasonal campers who are 2 months or more behind will be subject to having their trailer removed and stored in an unsecure location.  No seasonal trailers are to be removed from the campground without first having their fees paid in full.

  34. Seasonal campers shall not turn their water on in the spring without first cleaning their site (which includes washing the trailer) and having their site approved through the office

  35.  Children 6 and under must be on their site at dusk unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Golf Cart & Snowmobile Rules

  1. This privilege is for seasonal campers only.  Visitors can be passengers only, provided the machine is designed for more than 1 person.

  2. Drivers and passengers ride at their own risk.

  3. All golf carts and snowmobiles shall be operated at a maximum of 5 mph.

  4. No one shall operate a snowmobile or golf cart while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  5. All snowmobile operators and passengers under the age of 18 years of age shall wear helmets and eye protection always.

  6. Snowmobiles must have a light on (day or night).  Golf carts must have a light on at dusk.

  7. No gas golf carts will be allowed on the campground.

  8. Snowmobiles may be used from 10:00am – 11:00 pm.  Golf Carts may be used from 7:00am – 2:00am.

  9. The 200 section is off limits for all Golf Carts and Snowmobiles.

  10. Anybody operating a snowmobile must have a valid driver’s license or OHRV certificate (turned into the office).  Anybody operation a Golf Cart must have a valid driver’s license or be over the age of 18.

  11. Golf Cart and Snowmobile rules and regulations will be enforced by the campground staff and Fish & Game personnel.

  12. No Golf Cart or Snowmobile shall be operated without a valid Certificate of Insurance certificate turned into the office, otherwise it shall remain off the campground.  No Exceptions.

  13. There is a limit of 2 Golf Carts per a site.

  14. There will be no riding on the ball field without prior permission from the campground.

  15. Golf Carts and Snowmobiles shall be maintained to a safe standard (campground discretion). No loud mufflers; lights & breaks must be in working order.
