• Our rustic cabins can accommodate up to 6 people (charges above are based on 2 Adults' and 2 Children in the cabin).  Our cabins consist of one room with a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds, overhead ceiling fan and light, electrical outlets, fridge, TV, DVD Play and a small table with chairs. Outside there is a front porch, picnic table, charcoal grill, and a fire ring provided. Cooking is allowed outside only.  No cooking is allowed inside cabins or on the front porch at any time. Cabins do not have kitchens or a bath.  There is no running water in the cabins, a faucet is located on the outside. Please bring your own linens, towels, cookware, etc., as they are not provided.

• There is a 1 week minimum during the month of July (Friday to Friday only).  There is a three night minimum during holiday and special events at other times of the year.

• Check in is from 1:30 pm to 10:00pm only.

• Check out is at 11:00am.

• Early arrivals or late departures are not allowed.

• No refunds for early departures.

• No smoking allowed in cabins.

• No pets allowed in cabins or on cabin sites.

• Payment in full is due at time of booking.

• All cancellations will follow the same policy as campsite cancellation policy.

• A security deposit of $100.00 is due upon arrival in case of loss or damage to the cabin or its contents. A valid drivers license and credit card in the name of the reservation are required. At check in, all rentals are considered to be in good housekeeping, and we ask they remain that way upon departure. The $100.00 is refundable if the rental unit is clean and undamaged upon checkout. Camper liability is not limited to the security deposit.

• There will be a $100.00 cleaning fee assessed if evidence of pets or smoking is found in the cabin.

• Discounts cannot be applied to cabin rentals, including Good Sam and the 3 for 2 special.
